At CAM, we got our name because our company was initially founded as a small, three-man, part-time paving and seal coating service. That was in 1981. Today, we no longer offer seal coating, but we have grown to become one of the region’s most dedicated land development and civil infrastructure contractors offering a broad range of quality services.
We provide a full range of services locally in Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Virginia, and are available to assist with larger projects throughout the United States. Our well-qualified staff is equipped to efficiently complete asphalt, concrete, civil engineering contracting, and municipal infrastructure projects of various sizes and complexity levels. From small residential driveways and commercial parking lots to federal interstate highway and bridge projects, we pride ourselves on the quality of our work and the integrity of our customer service.
CAM is a design-build contractor with dedicated land development crews, permitting service staff, certified operator-staffed cranes, and a large fleet of powerful earth-moving equipment. We’re fully equipped and ready to meet any level and scope of large site development need you may have. Our team offers everything from excavation and initial site preparation to the construction of custom stormwater management systems, drilling, and shoring, and installation of water lines, sewer lines, sidewalks, curbing, and custom paving solutions.
